Why Loon exists
Most Canadian owners who try to sell never do. The tools available to them are seller-pays classifieds with no confidentiality, or broker mandates at 8 to 12% commission. Neither fits an owner who wants a number, wants control, and can't afford a leak.
Loon gives owners the working parts of a managed sale process — valuation, documents, buyer vetting, staged confidential reveals — free, because the buyers pay.
Loon is a venue. We don't negotiate, broker, or advise on deals here. Owners and buyers deal with each other directly, and the platform keeps it confidential and organized.
